All our full-time staff and most part-time staff are qualified to the equivalent of NVQ level 3. All are trained in child care and take pride in the excellent relationships they have with both the children and parents. The staff team is of mixed ages with a low staff turnover. Most staff hold first aid certificates and all comply with Ofsted requirements, which include a Police check. The staff encourage all children to be considerate to others and if some discipline is required, they aim to deal with the situation in a gentle, firm and positive manner. Our staff will be happy to discuss any aspects of your child’s time in nursery or development at any time.
