Fees are paid weekly or monthly in advance (to be agreed on registration). Weekly fees are to be paid on the first day of attendance in the week. Any monthly fees outstanding by the 15th of the month will be surcharged £10.00.

Late pick-ups at 1.00pm or 6.00pm will be charged £5.00 for the first 10 minutes, and £7.50 for every 15 minutes thereafter.

All 3 and 4 year olds are eligible to receive up to 5 sessions per week in term time of Early Years Funding which is currently £8.41 per session. This will be deducted from fees.

Three weeks holidays per year can be taken at half fees, providing four weeks notice is given. Any holidays taken above this will be charged at full fees. The nursery will be closed on Bank Holidays and for one week between Christmas and the New Year. Fees are not payable during these holidays.

Full fees are charged for the first two weeks of illness, after which a retainer of 50% of full fees is payable. A school holiday retainer fee is available on request.

Four weeks notice in writing is required for cancellation of a Nursery place, or change of requirements, or full fees will be charged.
